Performed a heating pm on an oil furnace. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Did not change the air filter, did not have the correct one on the truck. Started and checked the safeties. Performed a combustion test. System is operating properly.

Completed annual maintenance on a Navien NPE-240A tankless water heater. Flushed the system with descaling solution to remove mineral buildup, cleaned the intake filter, and inspected the heat exchanger for wear. Tested the water heater to ensure proper operation and consistent hot water.
